The etching guide now has a page in the Finishing section. The guide covers basic etching techniques using the 'laser printer toner-transfer' method.

The eChanter project is now included here at 4tone.org! The original 'Prototype' guide and the 'Simple Touch Sensor' have been included under the eChanter page. As always, source code is available at the eChanter SourceForge project here (browser access here).

As part of the 'makeover' a lot of old pages have been reworked, and a few new pages have already been added. Check out the Reeds and Finishing sections for new content on PC reeds, oil finishing and created 'aged' imitation ivory.

The site is in the midst of a complete makeover. It shouldn't take a week or so to get everything migrated over and organized, so if there's something specific your after please come back in mid February.
